Dosing & in-line mixing skids

When particle size, emulsion quality, coating or dosing uniformity depends on flow stability. Our dosing skids combine high-precision pumping with custom-designed mixing or spraying geometry so emulsions and mixtures form directly in the feed line, with no batch step.

Mixing geometry, sized to your fluids

Lab to pilot

One architecture, several scales

Is a dosing skid right for your application?

  • You need to produce an emulsion or a mixture continuously, without a batch pre-mixing stage

  • Your product quality depends on stable, pulsation-free flow of two or more streams

  • Your fluids are viscous, corrosive or sensitive to shear
  • You want a compact, integrated unit rather than assembling pumps, mixer and controls yourself
  • You need lab-to-pilot continuity without redesigning the process
Dosing skid

Overview

A dosing skid integrates three elements into one compact unit: high-precision pumping for each stream, a mixing element designed for your fluids and flow regime, and the controls to run it reliably.

Pumping technology is selected for the application, depending on flow rate, pressure, viscosity and chemical compatibility. The mixing element is where the skid becomes yours: geometry, materials and connections are designed to your target droplet size, residence time and throughput.

Each skid is assembled from proven components and delivered tested on our bench, so it runs from day one.

Key features

Stable flow: Pumping selected for pulsation-free delivery, so flow ratio and mixing conditions stay constant over long campaigns.

Mixing designed for your fluids: Static or micro-mixer geometry sized to your droplet size, viscosity ratio and residence time. Manufactured in 316L, Hastelloy, PEEK or ceramics depending on your chemistry.

Materials for your chemistry: Wetted parts available in metal or metal-free versions for corrosive or sensitive fluids.

Compact and integrated: Pumps, mixer, sensors and controls on a single frame, ready to connect to your line.

Scalable architecture: The same design logic from lab flow rates to pilot throughput.

Applications

Continuous emulsification: Emulsions formed directly in the feed line with controlled droplet size, eliminating batch homogenisation.

In-line mixing and dosing: Two or more streams combined at a constant ratio, for reactions, formulations or additive dosing.

Additive feeding: Stable dosing into an extruder or a process line, unaffected by downstream pressure variations.

Coating and spraying: Uniform coatings and consistent particle diameters thanks to stable, bubble-free flow.
