Design and Operating Principles
Geometry: Alternating right- and left-handed helical elements (180° twist) that radially redirect flow toward pipe walls and back to the center
Mixing Mechanism: Flow division, velocity reversal, and radial stretching/folding of fluid layers
Key Feature: Simple design with no internal obstructions, minimizing material blockage. Suitable for low-viscosity fluids. Limited efficiency for high viscosity ratios (>100:1) or immiscible fluids. Low pressure drop.

Anchor shape, T shape, Y-shape, single inlet or multiple inlets
OD: 1/8’’ - 1/4’’ – 3 mm – 6 mm with custom internal diameter
Standard connector compatibilities: Swagelok Union – HPLC – hose barb and more on request
Materials: stainless steel – Hastelloy – biocompatible PMMA (specific materials like tantalum, titanium or precious metals on request)
